For copd or emphysema this is an amazing bargain. I use mine just like i would an emergency inhaler, but the cost, once you ad the minimal cost of albuterol solution, is many times less than the usual emergency inhaler. Plus, you get a tremendously more effective delivery. With the emergency inhaler, you would have to pump it at least a half dozen times to get the same deep delivery as you get with this mesh nebulizer. I would add that you might want to consider this device as a medicine cabinet staple, and get you doctor to prescribe a 25 pack of albuterol (should be less than $10.00). This device with the albuterol is a life saver if you have an extreme case of the flu or a severe cold and have trouble breathing.

Even after turning it on and waiting for more than 5 minutes, moisture does not come out.
Great nebulizer! It works very well, faster than most, has 3 strengths of settings, is easy to clean, is very quiet, uses a c-type cord to work, perfect for any age, highly recommend.
